主要用于合金钢、合金结构钢、工模具钢、弹簧钢、轴承钢、不锈钢、精密合金钢等材料的光亮淬火、调质及磁性材料的烧结，光亮退火及真空钎焊，该设备适用于细长轴，薄壁长件，大型超重件
 

Application: It is mainly used for bright quenching, quenching and tempering of alloy steel, alloy structural steel, work die steel, spring steel, bearing steel, stainless steel, precision alloy steel and other materials. It is suitable for slender shaft, thin wall long piece and large-scale overweight part.

1.加热元件沿加热室圆周360度均匀布置，温度均匀性达±5℃

The heating element is evenly arranged along the circle of the heating chamber at 360 degrees, and the temperature uniformity is up to ±5 ℃

2. 加热室与淬火室分开，可选择性淬火（油淬/气淬/水淬）

The heating chamber is separated from the quenching chamber and can be selectively quenched (oil quenching,/gas quenching/water quenching)

3.淬火搅拌机构变频调速且带有导流装置，冷却均匀性好、工件变形小

The quenching mixing mechanism has variable frequency speed regulation and flow diversion device, good cooling uniformity and small deformation of the workpiece

4.具有恒温油淬火/等温淬火/对流加热/真空分压

With constant temperature oil quenching / Isothermal quenching / convective heating / vacuum partial pressure

5.气淬采用高效外循环风机， 冷却速度提高80%

The high efficiency external circulation fan is used for gas quenching, and the cooling rate can be increased by 80%
